listings they post. – All information is submitted and confirmed by the users themselves. – We are not responsible for any kind of fraud, misrepresentation, or dispute
arising from listings.
- MyPayingGuests.com is an intermediary platform and does not validate or
guarantee listings. – If you find any listing to be fake, false, or misleading, kindly report it to us
immediately. – We reserve the right to remove or suspend listings deemed inaccurate,
misleading, or inappropriate.
Subscription Plans and Refund Policy – Any plans or services purchased on MyPayingGuests.com are
non-refundable. – Once a payment is made, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or refunded. – Subscription fees apply from the date of activation. – We reserve the right to modify service offerings without prior notice.
Eligibility – You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform. – Users under 18 may use the platform only under the supervision of a parent or
legal guardian.
Prohibited Use – No user shall use the platform to post illegal, abusive, misleading, or harmful

discretion. – In case of violations, remaining subscription balances may be forfeited.
Indemnity – Users agree to indemnify MyPayingGuests.com for any claims arising out of
misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms.
